The Single-Cell Analytics Platform provides investigators with access to cutting-edge single-cell genomic profiling resources for deep molecular characterization of biological specimens. Available methodologies include several approaches for single-cell RNA-Seq (such as Smart-Seq2 (Picelli et al, Nature Methods, 2013) and Seq-Well (Gierahn et al, Nature Methods, 2017)), as well as strategies for extracting information about the sequence of expressed transcripts (e.g., specific mutations, pathogenic transcripts, TCR/BCR). Many of these techniques can be applied as is to a wide range of different clinical isolates all over the world; others require adaption.
